Isabel Aguirre is responsible for assisting with preparation of various engineering plans, calculations, surveys, and air compliance and permitting applications. She also has experience with Civil3D software to assist in CAD design. Ms. Aguirre works with various permitting mechanisms, including New Source Review (NSR) permits, permits-by-rule (PBR), and standard permits. Her experience includes multiple air permitting projects through the ‘standard permit’ and PBR mechanisms; assisting with emissions calculations, preparing site layout maps, completing requisite forms, and regulatory compliance. Additional experience includes Title V operating permits and greenhouse gas reporting projects, as required by U.S. EPA rules. In this capacity, she has in-depth familiarity with the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPS) program under 40 CFR 61 and 63; Title V compliance reporting; and emissions inventory reporting. She assists with NSPS Tier 2 sampling and analysis reports.
