Mr. Kim is a project professional with over 10 years of experience involving air quality compliance and permitting, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, air monitoring at landfills, and environmental compliance. His work at SCS includes preparation of annual GHG reports, Annual Landfill Methane Rule (LMR) reports under AB32, Title V permit applications, permit renewals, landfill gas collection and control system (GCCS) design updates, Annual Emission Reports (AERs), Emission Inventories, and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and Startup Shutdown Malfunction (SSM) compliance reports.
