Mr. Leadford has more than 9 years of experience in the air quality field. His specialties include air dispersion modeling, emission inventory production, GIS mapping, and air monitoring. Since joining SCS Engineers in February 2019, he has created emission inventories, submitted reports, and run air dispersion modeling on numerous landfills in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Leadford is a Professional Engineer licensed in Oregon, and received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado. He is also a licensed FAA Remote Pilot.
Mr. Leadford has submitted semi-annual and annual reports for a dozen landfills in the Pacific Northwest to comply with NSPS Subpart WWW as well as state regulations, and has calculated and submitted greenhouse gas reports to comply with 40 CFR Part 98 and state requirements.
