Mr. Blanco has two decades of experience as an environmental consultant with an emphasis on managing due diligence projects. His expertise includes Phase I and II environmental assessments, NEPA, acquisition due diligence, environmental permitting, construction support services, and compliance for NPDES permits, SPCC and SWPPP plan development and inspections, asbestos inspections, remediation, and tank closure assessments.
