Ms. Ouellette is a Project Professional in our Tampa office. Her experience includes soil and groundwater investigations (Phase II and III assessments), active remediations involving in-situ methods (air sparging, chemical and bacterial injections) and excavations, and waste removal. Ms. Ouellette also specializes in cartography utilizing Trimble GPS and ESRI Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies.
