Michael Dustman

Mr. Dustman is experienced in environmental project management, remedial design activities, building inspection, site assessments, and field training. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of relevant and applicable Federal, State, and local environmental laws, and protocols. Mike has served as project manager for numerous local agencies and private clients, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) contracts in response to Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Dustman is a certified asbestos project designer, management planner, and building inspector, a certified air sample professional, and a certified lead-based paint inspector and lead risk assessor.
He has managed over 100 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and 20 Phase II ESAs. He has conducted required oversight for all remedial actions utilizing EPA-approved project plans and prepared numerous quality assurance project plans (QAPPs); field sampling and analysis plans (SAPs); remedial action plans (RAPs); health and safety plans (HASPs); and reports for emergency responses.
