Mr. Norvell conducts environmental assessments and assists with landfill engineering, landfill gas management, solid waste studies, and construction, operation, and maintenance of landfills. Additional experience includes solid waste, hazardous waste, environmental assessments, and other environmental study projects for municipal and private clients. His project experience includes due diligence investigations, site investigations, environmental studies, permitting, design, and construction services. Facilities include landfills, transfer stations, wastewater treatment plants, and support facilities (e.g., roadways, buildings, stormwater, utilities).
Mr. Norvell has experience with numerous environmental site assessments, contamination assessments, remedial action plans, and remedial construction projects throughout the United States. Project sites include fuel storage facilities, chemical processing plants, active and closed landfill sites, abandoned chemical disposal sites, and superfund sites. Chemical contamination encountered in both soil and groundwater media has included petroleum, heavy metals, dioxin, PCBs, and solvents.
