Robert Legaspi is a Senior Vice President and Assistant Business Unit Director of our O&M Division. He has 25 years of experience in planning, directing, and implementing landfill gas (LFG) and groundwater operation, maintenance, and monitoring (OM&M) and construction projects, particularly related to LFG and groundwater extraction and treatment systems.
