Mr. Liggins is SCS Engineers’ Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as our Controller. He is a certified public accountant with over ten years of experience in related financial positions with service driven companies. Mr. Liggins has a Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a BA in Business Management and Accounting from Western Michigan University, Haworth College of Business. As the accounting officer at SCS, he is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient recording of accounting transactions, as well as monitoring adherence to established operating procedures and internal controls.
