Steve Linehan is a Vice President and a Project Director responsible for overseeing solid waste and environmental services projects from the SCS Oklahoma City and Wichita offices. His broad range of expertise includes solid and hazardous waste regulations, landfill design, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Linehan’s project experience includes landfill projects, compliance audits, storm water modeling and design, remedial action plans, remedial systems designs, site investigations, health and safety assessments, waterway crossing assessments, and construction projects. Sites experience includes solid waste facilities, active and closed landfill sites, oil well fields, fuel storage facilities, vehicle maintenance facilities, truck stops, industrial sites, and agricultural sites. He holds professional engineering licenses in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
