The second phase included site investigations to assess contaminant levels, test pits, soil vapor surveys, soil sampling, site characterization and groundwater quality analyses.
Remediation activities included preparation of specifications and oversight of deep dynamic compaction, waste relocation, civil design and oversight and source removal. The client entered into a Brownfield Site Redevelopment Agreement.
