Examples of LFG Due Diligence Services Provided to Support Landfill Gas to Energy Facilities
Due diligence review of two LFG to energy facilities on the east and west coast with a total projected capacity of approximately 77 MW and processing 20,000 standard cubic feet per minute of LFG. Tasks included LFG reserves analysis, assessment of solid waste markets in the region of the subject landfills and evaluation of projected waste flows, evaluation of the gas collection and control systems, assessment of air pollution control requirements and future regulatory changes, an estimate of projected capital and operational expenses, and Phase I environmental site assessments.
