Three perfluorocarbon (PFC) tracers were deployed simultaneously to tag possible odorous plumes for the pet food manufacturing facility. Impacts were measured in local neighborhoods that had become sensitive to alleged facility odors.
Coincident to the tracer measurements, odor concentrations were determined in order to isolate the source of significant odors. Data was instrumental in determining the extent of controls needed to alleviate odor impacts.
