Five years ago, the largest methane leak in the U.S. was discovered. Since then, multiple mitigation and prevention strategies are making the air cleaner and safe. Among the solutions are capturing tons of methane from the 1.4 million dairy cows in California. This renewable energy source creates energy and clean-burning fuel.
