SCS Engineers will join refrigeration professionals from across the industry at the 2026 RETA-RSES National Conference, October 26 to 30 at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, Florida. The conference brings together operators, technicians, engineers, facility managers and environmental and safety professionals for technical education, professional development and industry networking.

SCS experts will lead sessions focused on refrigeration safety, management of change and practical tools for operators:

• Gene Dumas will present a Certified Refrigeration Service Technician (CRST) session.
• Eric Girven and Travis Weber will lead a Management of Change (MOC) workshop.
• Bill Lape will present the SCS Hotpoint, “Demonstrating a Mass Energy Balance Tool for Operators,” highlighting a practical approach operators can use to better understand system performance.
