TCEQ has developed a program for implementing the Federal rules governing CCR facilities in Texas. While TCEQ’s CCR program needs to be as protective as the federal CCR rules, there are important distinctions in Chapter 352.
CCR facilities must submit a detailed application to obtain a TCEQ registration by January 24, 2022. A summary and important deadlines are in this SCS Technical Bulletin below.
