David Balcirak is a Vice President and our National Construction Manager for our Energy Division. He has nearly four decades of construction oversite experience ranging over multiple sectors of industries that include Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facilities, Waste Water Treatment plants, Water Purification plants, Industrial facilities, Commercial facilities, and public works projects.
