Mr. Rice has worked on many remote monitoring and SCADA system designs with comprehensive PLC and HMI capabilities. His expertise is in the installation and repair of LFG control systems, implementing upgrades to computer and communication systems vital to compliance management, and troubleshooting landfill system components, coordinating field technical personnel, working with vendors and landfill operations personnel, and overseeing LFG extraction and treatment centers. He has a Bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering.
