Ms. Dolden is the Chief People Officer (CPO) of SCS Engineers. She is a member of the senior management team and is responsible for employee engagement. Ms. Dolden has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Master of Arts degree in industrial/organizational psychology from California State University, Long Beach. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
