Magellan Midstream Partners (Various Locations): Conducted environmental impact reviews for numerous pipeline build alternatives in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. Consulted with SHPO, U.S.Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), USACE, other staff.
Magellan Midstream Partners (Navarro County, TX): Provided oversight of siting and eventual construction of a ten-mile 10” refined petroleum pipeline that included several river and stream crossings and avoidance of several historic farmstead properties.
Magellan Midstream Partners, Galena Park, TX: SCS professionals successfully completed a spoils disposal location siting project in association with permitted dredging activities in the Houston Ship Channel for a marine petroleum products terminal. Consultations were with the U.S. Coast Guard, Port of Houston Authority, and TCEQ.
