Solid Waste Planning – AB 939 Services, Rancho Palos Verdes, California

The city of Rancho Palos Verdes is a beachside community located near Los Angeles, California. SCS Engineers was initially retained by the City in 2001 to provide annual solid waste management (AB 939) services, and since that time has initiated a number of projects intended to increase the City’s diversion.
