SCS Engineers Executives

SCS Engineers is excited to announce our new Senior Vice Presidents: Stacey Dolden, Steve Liggins, Monte Markley, and Srividhya (Vidhya) Viswanathan. These individuals were recently promoted for their proven leadership.

Stacey DoldenStacey Dolden joined SCS in July 2014 as Human Resources Director and is now our Chief People Officer and SCS Executive Leadership Team member. She has led us through the highest growth period in our history and has been instrumental in developing strategies that promote our greatest assets…People. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Arts degree in industrial/organizational psychology.

Steve LigginsSteve Liggins joined SCS in June 2018 as Controller and ascended into Curtis Jang’s previous role as Chief Financial Officer and SCS Executive Leadership Team member. He has led our Accounting, Finance, Financial Systems, and Fleet Management groups, ensuring SCS maintains the level of capitalization necessary to achieve growth objectives. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Accounting, a Master of Science degree in Taxation, and an active CPA license.

Monte MarkleyMonte Markley, PG, joined SCS in 2013 and is the Deep Well Injection and Carbon Capture and Sequestration practice leader. Monte’s unique set of technical skills and experience in geologic evaluations for deep well injection has made him a national expert and catapulted SCS into becoming a leading provider of this service. Monte holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and is a registered Professional Geologist.

Srividhya ViswanathanVidhya Viswanathan, PE, joined SCS in 2012. She is the Director of Engineering for our Southwest Region and leads the solid waste engineering operations throughout the southwest (California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico). Over the years, Vidhya has broadened her client base, expanding her expertise from solid waste and environmental engineering to include renewable energy, recycling, and organics management. She has received numerous awards, including Waste360’s 40-Under-40 and the San Diego Business Journal’s Top 50 Influential Women in Engineering; she also wins awards for her clients! Vidhya holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a Professional Engineer licensed in four states.
