Mr. Dreiling has served public- and private-sector clients as an environmental consultant for three decades. His technical responsibilities include project and program management, developing and implementing consulting strategies, quality assurance/quality control and loss prevention review, regulatory negotiations, and public relations. His technical specialty is urban redevelopment of environmentally-impaired properties (Brownfields). This includes overall responsibility for environmental due-diligence, assessment, and remedial actions for numerous large urban redevelopment districts. Over his career, he has assessed and remediated over 700 contaminated properties addressing a wide range of regulated substances.
