Mr. Espinoza has experience performing a variety of solid waste projects for both private and municipal facilities in Texas, including the permitting and design of landfills, transfer stations, and storm water protection and drainage systems. His experience includes construction quality assurance (CQA); hydrologic analysis of landfill drainage and erosion control systems; stability analysis of soil/waste landfill systems; development of construction plans and specifications; analysis of landfill operation and developmental costs; and permit application, modification, and amendment preparation.
