Mrs. Stephens is a conscientious environmental scientist with strong communication, analytical, and technical skills. She is experienced with environmental surveys and monitoring, GIS, R, and Environmental Impact Assessments. She has extensive knowledge of sustainable development principles, issues surrounding energy production, and environmental policy. She has an in-depth understanding of the scientific principles (atmospheric, hydrological, geomorphological, and ecological) that underpin environmental management as well as the economic, political, social, and legal frameworks for managing the environment.
Mrs. Stephens performs data base management, tracking and cross-referencing data to determine system health, compliance monitoring and tracking, assign maintenance tasks and convey supervisory instruction, coordination of purchases and deliveries, general staff oversight including timekeeping records review and expense controls, as well as document and client report preparation and review. Her fieldwork includes gas analysis instrumentation, liquid levels, Tedlar bag samples, landfill gas migration probe monitoring, dangerous goods shipments, client communication and relations.
