Ms. Hinojosa is a Project Professional in SCS’s West Palm Beach, Florida office. She supports a wide range of environmental engineering services, including field sampling under FDEP standard operating procedures, soil and groundwater sampling, preparation of due diligence and Phase II reports for regulatory agencies, and supporting recycling options analyses and solid waste collection procurement. She is well-versed in compliance and standards and supporting long-term sustainable solid waste plans. Ms. Hinojosa has experience with solid waste management projects throughout Florida, including a range of sustainable materials management and owner’s agent projects, managing a treatment, storage, and disposal (TSD) facility, and participating in household hazardous waste (HHW) collection events. She also has experience with Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, field sampling, and providing CQA assistance for landfill, and dynamic compaction projects, as well as RCRA compliance work ranging from manifest compliance to hazardous waste collection and storage. She has Bachelor’s Degrees in environmental science and biology.
