Mr. Mandeville is a Senior Vice President of SCS Engineers. His experience includes solid waste, storage tank, and other environmental service type projects, with more than 30 years of diversified experience in civil and geotechnical engineering includes design and management of large, complex projects for the private sector, local governments, and the federal government. Mr. Mandeville is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and South Carolina. He is also a Class II Waste Management Facility Operator in Virginia and a Certified Value Engineer.
Mr. Mandeville served as SCS Engineer’s Business Unit Director of the Mid-Atlantic region, stretching from Maine to South Carolina, for over 20 years.
