Thomas Murray, PE, has over two decades of experience in the solid waste industry, including landfill engineering, operation and maintenance, construction, mining, and environmental consulting. Projects include solid waste planning, design, permitting, construction and bid documentation, and quality assurance. Tom has conducted or directed numerous solid waste and environmental consulting projects, including landfill closure, cell design, project management, landfill gas design and management, earthwork, leachate management, and stormwater management plans. Sites have included active and closed landfill sites, and leachate treatment, wastewater and landfill gas-to-energy facilities.
Mr. Murray has in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and extensive experience providing regulatory support to municipal, public, and private clients.
