Ms. Rodriguez is a licensed Florida Professional Engineer with experience in environmental consulting including managing numerous small to large scale projects at all stages from initial site assessment through clean or conditional closure. She regularly prepares site assessment work plans and reports, remedial action plans for various cleanup technologies (soil excavation with and without dewatering, bioremediation, and air sparge/soil vapor extraction), bid specifications, construction completion reports, engineering control maintenance plans, and groundwater monitoring reports. She also oversees soil management implementation activities at former golf course, agricultural, and landfill sites for redevelopment into residential or commercial properties.
he has experience in environmental compliance work, including managing groundwater monitoring projects for multiple landfills and preparing monthly operating reports for deep injection wells at two landfills. She also has experience assessing and remediating sites with metals, pesticides, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum constituents in soil and/or groundwater. Ms. Rodriguez serves as one of two Quality Management Coordinators for the Southeast Region (Florida, Georgia, and Alabama).
