Mr. Salomone is a Project Advisor with over 20 years of experience as a Civil/Environmental Engineer and Project Manager for site development and remediation projects serving municipal, government, and private clients. He is responsible for design engineering for active and closed landfills, solid waste studies, landfill gas management, landfill environmental systems, operation and maintenance, and construction support. His experience includes new landfill cell design, gas control facilities, material recovery sites, waste transfer stations, as well as supporting elements, such as roadways, and water, sanitary and stormwater utilities. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in Virginia and New York.
Other projects include former industrial sites, CERCLA and superfund sites, and composting facilities, including design, consulting, and construction support for superfund sites, solid waste, and commercial development.
Mr. Salomone has assisted clients with preparing procurement documents, permit documents, and construction estimates, as well as other construction and bid phase assistance. His areas of expertise include site grading and design for stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control to meet state regulations.
