Betsy Powers, PE, is a Vice President with SCS Engineers. She is a civil and environmental engineer with two decades of consulting experience and has consulted on diverse site development and environmental compliance projects and has helped clients work cooperatively with regulatory agencies and their constituents to successfully complete projects. Betsy’s expertise includes erosion control and storm water management; solid waste facility design, permitting and construction; and drainage district compliance. She has performed construction oversight and office administration support services for several construction projects including landfills and site developments. Betsy is a strong communicator and her positive attitude makes her a good addition to any team.
