Mr. Cooke, PE, CEM, MBA, is a Vice President and our expert on Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment. He has over three decades of professional and project management experience in engineering with a concentration in environmental and energy engineering. He is one of our National Experts in Liquids Management and works within SCS’s Liquids Management initiative to provide services to our clients nationwide.
Mr. Cooke’s background as a long-time business owner adds to his perspective of emphasis on client profitability and proactive project communications.
Mr. Cooke is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Colorado. He earned a bachelor of science in chemical engineering, a master’s of business administration and is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers.

Mr. Cooke’s primary areas of technical expertise include liquids management, building and industrial facility energy management, regulatory compliance and energy management, retro-commissioning, environmental assessments and audits, energy engineering, process/design engineering, site investigation and remediation, water and wastewater treatment, aboveground and underground storage tanks, and spill prevention, control, and countermeasures.
Mr. Cooke has managed over 1,000 projects in 31 states with many industrial, manufacturing, government agency, and corporate clients.
