Mr. Migwi is a project engineer with experience in civil and environmental engineering. Project experience includes landfill design, permitting and construction, landfill operations and compliance, storm water management, volume analysis, and construction quality assurance. He has experience preparing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs). He also has experience conducting Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Rule annual inspections on surface impoundments and landfills.
